How it works
You pick the line. We turn up, scan it during normal production and show your team what we find as we go.
- 01
Book a time
Tell us your site and the line or area that worries you most. We'll lock in a slot that suits your shifts.
- 02
We scan while you run
No shutdown needed. The imager picks up leaks through production noise, so the plant keeps making product.
- 03
You see it on screen
Every leak shows up as a hotspot on the imager. Your maintenance lead can watch the whole scan.
What you walk away with
Enough to know whether leaks are a real problem on your site, without spending a cent.
- The leaks on that line, found and shown to your team on the spot
- A one-page summary with each leak's location and rough size
- A straight answer on whether a full-site audit is worth it for you
Who it's for
Industrial sites across South East Queensland and Northern NSW that rely on compressed air to keep production moving.
- Sites running at least 15 kW of compressor capacity
- Manufacturing, food processing, packaging, timber, steel and fabrication
- Maintenance and engineering managers who suspect leaks but have never seen them
We don't sell compressors
LeakHawk is independent. There's no equipment to sell you, which means the scan is about finding your leaks, not finding a reason for a new compressor.
Questions
Is it actually free?
Yes. No cost and no obligation. We run a limited number each month so we can do them properly.
Do we need to shut anything down?
No. The imager works during normal production. We just need safe access to the line and someone who knows it.
What equipment do you use?
A Fluke ii900 acoustic imager. It picks up the ultrasonic sound of escaping air and shows it as a hotspot over a live camera image.
What about site safety and inductions?
We complete your site induction, bring our own PPE and follow your permit requirements. Let us know what you need when you book.
What happens after the scan?
You get the summary. If a full audit makes sense we'll say so and send a proposal. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
